I think it's a combo of short wheelbase, quick steering, highway grooving and light rear end, combined with a gust of side wind. It's easy to overcorrect at those speeds. I think the oversized wing and driving on a track might help but there's a lot of difference between 100 and 178 MPH. Or maybe it's just me.
