Justto make things clear, your monitor is 16:9, but if you change to a 4:3 res 1920x1440 for example, you would have 2 black bars because it's made for old monitors. Instead of black bars you stretch it's covering you whole monitor and you are no longer viewing 16:9. Hope my explanation makes sense running on 0 hours sleep. more reply. Mraz565.
